Staycation review: Rove At The Park, Dubai Parks and Resorts

Looking to get away over the Eid holiday? Check out this fabulous summer staycation deal at Rove At The Park for a fun, family break…

Rovers – the term used to define guests staying at the hotel – will absolutely love the summer deal at this hotel sited at Dubai Parks and Resorts. Those staying at the hotel can take advantage of having three theme parks and a water park, at their doorstep. It makes for a great stay if you are planning on a shopping spree at the Outlet Village too.

The bustling, funky hotel isn’t like any other we’ve come across in the city. As you arrive, take a trolley to unload your luggage, park your car, and head to the counter to check in. The lobby is vibrant and airy with graffiti on the walls, a lounge area on one side, bus schedule on display, toys for kids and mini golf by the elevators.

ACCOMODATION

Plush designer beds by Simmons will have you and the kids jumping in the minute you’ll arrive. White and green hues brighten up the cosy room featuring a work desk, clothing rack and luggage wall compartment – besides the washroom with a rain shower. Refillable toiletries add a great eco-friendly touch. Do carry your bedroom slippers along, and keep in mind that after 6pm, the hotel works on a self-service basis for water and other requirements.

DINING

The Daily is the spot to head to for a substantial, wholesome meal. The menu comprises healthy options such as a quinoa salad, salmon and energy booster drinks, as well as burgers, pasta and an array of international dishes. For breakfast, the brightly-lit space serves a buffet featuring everything from scrambled eggs and sausages to fried rice, pastries and cereal. Grab a coffee or juice and fuel up for the day ahead at the parks or pool.

FACILITIES

Once done with the parks, head to the games room to play on the flat screen, try a game of table tennis, or mini golf near the hotel lobby. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym, laundromat (self-service and at an additional fee), widespread sundeck, and a pool with floaties.

Details: Rooms are available for AED 199 per night, inclusive of two tickets to Dubai Parks and Resorts. Book now at rovehotels.com
