Make Sunday lunch count at The Hide’s Carvery

Jumeirah Al Qasr unveils Sunday Carvery at The Hide, offering a sophisticated take on the beloved British tradition.

Set in the brasserie’s stylish, understated setting, the offering centres around an interactive carving station, where chefs slice generous cuts of Wagyu beef, tender leg of lamb, and golden roast chicken to order. The accompaniments are just as considered: roast potatoes crisped with rosemary, Yorkshire puddings with a proper rise, and rich gravy made from bone broth. To amp up the dining experience, there’s also truffle mac and cheese and silky mashed potatoes on the side.

Every Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. AED195 per person, with the option to add a two-hour free-flow beverage package for AED200. For more information, visit their website.
