Recipe: Halloween Scary Fingers
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- Almond flakes or slices
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
STEP 1: Preheat oven 200C. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Add in baking powder and flour. Mix well.
STEP 2: Mix until stiff dough forms. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
STEP 3: After 15 mins, take the dough out of the refrigerator and scoop out a portion of dough.
STEP 4: Roll the dough into the shape of a finger.
STEP 5: Place almond flakes on the tip of the fingers and press it in slightly.
STEP 6: Using a knife, score lines on the finger and bake for 15 mins. Set aside to cool.
