Recipe: Coconut Granola Love Heart Tart


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • Organic coconut greek yoghurt


STEP 1: Preheat oven 180C.

STEP 2:  In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together until combined.

STEP 3: Add maple syrup and coconut oil, until all the dry ingredients are coated.

STEP 4: Transfer to tart pan, pressing to the bottom and sides of the pan. Bake for 20 mins.

STEP 5: Transfer to wire rack and wait for it to cool.

STEP 6: Top with coconut yoghurt and fruits.
