Livehealthy Festival 2023 returns to Abu Dhabi

The fourth edition of the Livehealthy Festival will take place in Abu Dhabi on January 21, with a special emphasis on wellness and assisting UAE citizens in converting their fitness aspirations into long-term healthy habits.

The LiveHealthy Festival is a fun family day out with activities for kids including painting, family yoga, mobility drills, spin classes, and Muay Thai fundamentals from RFLCT Creative Arts. Spin, step, Muay Thai, women’s-only Pilates, vinyasa, power, and face yoga, bodyweight circuits, and mobility training are all available for adults.

There are also workshops and panel discussions on immunization, supplements, sleep, and how to incorporate moderation into your exercise routine and more. The day wraps up with a beautiful symphony of sound healing.

Mohammed Al Otaiba, founder of Livehealthy says, “We welcome 2023 with so much hope and excitement. Our resolution – our promise – is to deliver a festival for the whole family that excites and inspires people to reconnect and rejuvenate, and helps them achieve their personal goals. Our intention doesn’t stop there. We aspire to keep the conversation around wellness going throughout the year, and to humbly make a difference in the lives of our readers, wherever they are.”

The festival will be held this year at THE BRIDGE | Lifestyle Hub in Al Qana, the capital’s newest lifestyle neighbourhood. The holistic venue promotes wellbeing through seven interconnected tracks that blend high-intensity exercise with rest, delicious cuisine, the chance to learn new things, and much more.

They support being the link between a person’s current self and their ideal self, making them the ideal spot to begin any wellness journey.

“We are delighted to engage Livehealthy since we share many of the values behind the holistic services we offer at the Hub, around which a wellness community continues to grow,” says Khalid Nahhas, General Manager at THE BRIDGE.
