This Dubai gym is offering virtual fitness classes for kids and adults

virtual fitness classes

As we all adapt to life at home during these strange times, keeping the kids (and ourselves) active without the luxury of outdoor facilities can prove challenging.

If, like us, you need the support of a group and the direction of a trainer when trying to keep in shape, then finding the motivation to workout at home without either of these things may seem daunting.

But Dubai-based gym, Fly High Fitness, has come up with the answer. In an endeavour to keep the community moving forward with their fitness goals, Fly High Fitness is now offering virtual gym classes. These won’t just be your typical pre-recorded YouTube workouts – these will be live, two-way classes, where you’ll receive feedback from your trainer as if you were in your regular workout class.

The best news? There are classes for kids, too!
